    Hotel owner introduced himself. Walked us around the property.

    No indication on booking.com that cash only. But he takes dollars or quetzales. Also room could use towel racks and hooks for jackets etc.

    Cute local hotel near the lakefront

    The owner was very nice and attentive. The location was very close to the center. There is somewhat of a lake view but not a direct one, more like a partial lake view from a couple locations on the property. The property was safe and secure. The only thing that caught us off guard was that we were expected to pay cash. We managed to scrounge it up somehow but since we expected to be able to pay with a credit card, we did not exchange a lot in anticipation of this expense.
