    Our stay was acceptable but we won't return

    The rooms were big and the location is very quiet. The breakfast lady made fresh sunny side up eggs for us everyday.

    As we checked in, both the shower and of our towels had human hair (eiyher from a previous guest or from staff) . The shower cabin was extremely small. The breakfast was lacking many options in savoury items the first day but then was acceptable (it did however have an amazing selection in pastries , sweets, fruits and everything sweet - unfortunately the four of us dont eat sugar for breakfast so it wa ssomewhat inconvenient.). But this was our problem, all the other guests loved the great selection of delicious and fresh pastries. There is only 1 coffee maschine and it was very difficult and took a long time to get coffees for the four of us, since there was always a queue there... The staff was sweet but unprofessional/ untrained. The 2 ladies from reception were kind, polite and smiling but they couldnt help us find / call a taxi, we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at reception as it was empty. All in all, we tolerated our stay there but we will definitely wont be returning.
