    Scarey and stressful

    Not a lot

    There was protesters camping outside the hotel that had been there 10 days which we were not warned about, there were clashes between two groups of people and we had riot police both sides of the door to the hotel, which was very scary, we went out while it was quiet and when we tried to access the street to our hotel we were stopped by riot police who would not let us through and made us go another way round and not knowing the area it was very stressful, when we got to the other street we were stopped again and told the road was closed after arguing with them and showing our hotel booking on this app we were eventually let through to Our hotel, I felt if we had known there were problems in this particular area we would have never gone there , even when got in hotel we were kept awake all night by the riots and police overall a very stressful scarey experience

    Centrally located, can walk 10-20 minutes to most neighborhoods or the metro is right outside the hotel. Staff was friendly and helped us get a cab to airport. Room was clean. Protests were going on but couldn’t hear anything from the room.
