    Great Location

The location was perfect. Our room was just big enough, spotlessly clean, comfortable and had a nice shower. The breakfast was nicely done. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Loved the tea / coffee service downstairs in the side lobby room (peanuts were a nice touch). We enjoyed a cup of tea before retiring to our room for the evening.

It would be nice to offer a selection of pillow types for your guests. Although there is a "pillow menu" & the front desk requested an alternative pillow for us, one was not provided. I then spoke directly with housekeeping and was told that all of the alternative pillows on the "pillow menu" had been discarded and that they were sorry but could only provide a second pillow exactly like the one we had. Also, fix or replace the toasters in the breakfast room. Between the two toasters there were 8-slots and only 2-slots worked for 1 of the 5 days we stayed with you.
