Emplacement
Manque de transparence sur le prix. À mon arrivée, lors du check-in, on m'a demandé de payer un supplément de 10 % qui n'apparaissait pas clairement dans le montant total de la réservation. Même si cette information est indiquée dans les conditions, elle reste peu visible. Il serait préférable d'inclure ce montant directement dans le prix affiché afin d'éviter les mauvaises surprises.

Me encantó la amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones y el cuidado que el hotel brinda a cada huesped. Para los tours de la madrugada puedes solicitar un desayuno para llevar en la noche anterior y te lo preparan para que no vayas de estomago vacio.
Tuvimos que esperar bastante para que el cuarto estuviera ya habilitado (aproximadamente unas 2 horas adicionales a lo establecido), pero como el hotel se encuentra en una zona perfecta, pudimos pasear. Luego nos brindaron un descuento en los masajes por la incomodidad y estuvieron super buenos!

Hotel justo al lado de la estación del tren
Nos gustó su ubicación justo al lado de la estación del tren San Pedro que va Machu Picchu. Nos pareció súper que solicitamos cambio de habitación porque en la primera había “una gotera” que no nos dejó dormir y la cambiaron inmediatamente sin problema.
