  Tolle Lage

  Die Lage ist natürlich perfekt. Direkt am Strand. Ruhig,da es schon am Ende der Einkaufsstraße liegt. Personal ist sehr sehr nett.

  Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem war alles sehr sauber. Frühstück ist so typisch Italienisch

  Das Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick war klein, aber sehr sauber. Die Lage ist top, direkt am.Lido. Das Frühstückspersonal war freundlich und das Frühstück reichlich.

  Die Parkplätze sind recht eng.

  Great location and dining, but let down by parking and communication issues. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff at both the reception and the restaurant were wonderful—in fact, I enjoyed almost everything about the property. However, my experience was negatively impacted by the parking situation and the behavior of one staff member. I encountered an older gentleman whose communication style was quite aggressive. While I understand there may have been a language barrier, I would highly recommend that he remain patient and listen to guests when trying to explain something rather than raising his voice.

  I was disappointed by the customer service, particularly from an older gentleman. He raised his voice rather than taking the time to listen to my concerns. Whenever I attempted to explain the situation, his immediate response was, “and what is your problem?” without listening properly and before continuing to speak to himself in Italian, under the assumption that I could not understand him. The parking situation is highly inconvenient. The parking area is exceptionally narrow, crowded, and difficult to navigate. If you drive a taller vehicle or use a roof box, parking in the garage or in the spaces beneath the balconies is virtually impossible. Finding an available spot is a significant challenge, and even when a space is available, it requires tight and extensive maneuvering to park safely.

  Septembrie și un sejur plăcut și relaxant.

  Personalul este amabil si mereu receptiv la dorințele oaspeților, locația excelenta,șezlong și umbrela incluse.

  Ar fi necesare niște plase de țânțari, uneori mai apar în peisaj.
