Convenient, central landmark!
The location was ideal for us because of the proximity to the train station and Altstadt. The staff speak many languages and were very friendly and helpful. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a large suite with a kitchen and bar stools. We made use of the kitchen facilities and enjoyed the Nespresso coffee every morning of our 5 day stay!
Unfortunately there is a bar on the backside of the property where many of the youth attending the chilbi (Fall Fair behind the railway station) were carousing until 3 in the morning. It was quite noisy by Swiss standards. However, the thick windows really helped to shut out some of the noise!

駅の目の前！最高の立地！ スタッフの皆さん優しく、チェックインの最中にハーブティーを人数分入れてくれたり気遣いも最高だった。 無料のグレードアップをしてくれて部屋も快適だった。
シャワールームのみ、滞在した部屋は手前の洗面のから隙間を潜り抜けるようで狭く感じた。

Enjoyable stay at Hotel Monopol Luzern
The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. I particulary liked the large bathroom as we had 3 adults in my family staying in this room. The location was central to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful.
