La posizione molto comoda per la visita della Certosa
In tutti questi anni di viaggi mai ci era capitato di arrivare nella struttura (all'ora comunicata per il check in e confermata dietro richiesta della struttura stessa per "preparare la stanza") e trovare il bagno sporco e non pulito dal precedente soggiorno, con gli asciugamani usati ancora a terra e senza che il cestino fosse stato svuotato. Inoltre letti non rifatti e con lenzuola con capelli e macchie sempre dei precedenti ospiti. La gentile signora alla reception ha voluto verificare di persona la cosa provando a giustificarsi dicendo addirittura che forse i capelli erano caduti alla signora delle pulizie. Dopo aver ipotizzato il nostro spostamento presso altra struttura hanno alla fine deciso di provvedere alla pulizia della stanza e al cambio lenzuola mentre siamo usciti a cena presso un altro locale della zona. Finalmente alle 22 abbiamo potuto utilizzare la stanza. Inutile dire che sconsigliamo altri viaggiatori di soggiornare presso questa struttura.

Buona la posizione rispetto alla Certosa, parcheggio garantito all'interno della struttura
La stanza era al termine della serie di stanze lungo il corridoio, confinante una scala a chiocciola esterna che toglie spazio alla camera che risulta con parete curva.

The place is large, the lady owner was very nice but the employee was less than helpful to a couple with disabilities like us🥲 Overcharged for the paucity of service
The employee showed no respect for an elderly couple tired after a long journey & forced us to change tables for bkfast , because that table apparently was not set up wno for bkfst, although it looked it to us She offered no help in our moving tables & was very disagreeable, not tge start of a gt holiday Also the hotel we chose originally had no wifi( which we requested & were promised by Booking. com. & the price had gone up by 20€!! Not acceptable. Sorry
