Great location, but needs some improvement
We had a mixed experience at Hotel Monville. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, the rooms are nice and spacious enough, and the staff were generally friendly.
Several aspects fell short of expectations for a hotel in this category. The reception area is surprisingly small, and the receptionists seemed constantly stressed. The breakfast was just OK, but charging extra for specialty coffees like cappuccinos felt unnecessary—though this seems to be a common trend across several hotels during our trip. The hotel is also starting to show its age and would really benefit from a general upgrade. Additionally, there was an issue with my credit card being double-charged, which took several phone calls to finally resolve. Overall, it’s a decent option for its location and room size, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Tout était très bien, de l´accueil à l´excellent petit déjeuner en passant par une situation la situation géographique
Se prendre un peu plus le temps peut-être pour accueillir, conseiller et guider les touristes souhaitant visiter Montréal.

Wonderful stay!
Great location within walking distance to old town and the port. Comfortable beds and luxury toiletries. Room was very quiet. Helpful staff. Breakfast was superb!
Nothing.
