Un séjour inoubliable !
Les repas étaient extraordinaires et l'onsen vraiment génial ! J'ai aussi apprécié les oeuvres d'art et le personnel. Comme vous êtes à Sengokohara, ne manquez pas la visite du temple Choan-ji avec ses nombreux statues, et les champs de Susuki.
La chambre était plus petite que j'imaginais pour 400€ la nuit.

Lovely and relaxing stay, with great food!
Wonderful traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner, all high quality ingredients, well prepared, and beautifully presented. The onsen was lovely, and I especially appreciate the provided pajamas and sandals (with socks!) that I could wear to go to the onsen. The basic room was nice and comfortable, while the fancier room with the private tub was more luxurious, with a separate tatami seating area and a nicer rinse off area. I had to get three rooms, so I could only get one nicer room, but I highly recommend getting the nicer one if you can afford it. If you're a family with one or two younger children, the nicer room I believe can accommodate the kids with mattresses in the seating area. The hotel is also right next to a bus stop, which made it quite convenient to get to and from despite it being further off from the "main" area. If you prefer peace and quiet, this is a great option. This hotel is also part of the Hakone Yumoto luggage service. This made departure day much less stressful for us.
Nothing! A small suggestion to management: you may want to suction the wine bottles opened for by-the-glass pours. Not a big deal at all, though.
