I would never stay at Hotel Mulberry again. Having travelled around the world and visited Nepal more than 30 times, I was disappointed with my five-night stay and did not feel the experience justified the price. The entire atmosphere felt gloomy, lifeless, and lacking in character. The spacious rooms had plain white walls and black furniture, making them feel empty and uninspiring. Some paintings or thoughtful decorations could have made them far more welcoming. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, but the food was extremely tasteless. Most staff seemed unwelcoming and appeared bothered when guests needed assistance. Even the entrance made a poor impression, with security guards sitting on a broken chair held together with tape. Overall, the hotel lacked the warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail I would expect from a four-star property. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and improves the atmosphere, food quality, and overall guest experience.

Absolutely everything. Great location, the staff are absolutely exceptional and the view from the infinity pool is fantastic. The fruit on arrival, very clean and great beds.
The water in the shower didn’t get hot. But it was ok.
