    Hassan is a very welcoming and generous host. He always offers drinks and local foods whenever he sees us. He tried to share things with us despite the language barrier and really made us feel at home. The homestay is located within walking distance to Registan Square and Gor-E-Amir Mausoleum, which is basically right next to the city center.

    We loved the place so much that we stayed for another night! Hassan was kind enough to help us keep our luggage while we were away for a 2-day trip. When we returned, he immediately offered some plov and drinks. We also appreciated how his son spoke English and helped us with the cab ride to the train station.

    The hotel is located less than 10 minutes from the Registan and offers clean and comfortable rooms. The owner is friendly and always available.

    We had an amazing stay at Hotel Murodjon. We did not feel like guests, we felt like family. This was surely a home away from home. Our host consistently looked after us, offering us tea, coffee, water, pastries, melon, plov. All which were delicious. If you are looking for that special homely touch on your travels, look no further, this is the place for you. You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel safe, looked after and cared for. If we come back to Samarkand we will definitely stay again. The room was comfortable and cosy with a good shower and clean facilities. There was an outdoor table to converse with the host and his family. His children and grandchildren visit often and they are so friendly and polite, probably a reflection of the friendly and polite host. We will remember Uzbekistan based on this stay. Thank you, from your first guests from Ireland 🇮🇪🇺🇿

    It was my birthday during my stay in the hotel. The owner made plov and salad together with all of the customers as lunc

    The owner was super welcoming. The vibe of my stay was great. The room is pleasant and comfy.
