Área de cocina
Camas cómodas y almohadas me gustaron, en general la habitación super bien, la atención en recepción muy lindos y atentos...
No me gustó en el área de cocina ya que baje como eso de las 7pm por algo de cenar y no había variedad ni siquiera me dieron opciones la señora que me atendió súper déspota para atender, yo tengo una enfermedad que no me permite cenar pesado y pedí fruta venía en su menú y la señora me dice ¡hay señorita para que quiere cenar eso si mañana en el desayuno se lo darán y aparte para que va a pagar si mañana será gratis! Y yo así de 😲 pero lo voy a pagar y me dice además solo hay melón y sandía y ya, mejor mañana en su desayuno se lo come y pues a final ya no cene nada porque no me quiso vender la fruta, solo mi nena y mi esposo medio cenaron lo que la señora con mala gana ofreció. Espero y mejoren en eso porque a final si me lo van a dar al siguiente dia y viene en su menú y yo lo quiero pagar para comer pues es mi problema no el del personal y más que nada por mi salud.

Pratique , calme
L’hôtel est bien placé et pratique pour aller au centre-ville (zócalo) et pour se rendre à la gare routière , l’aéroport est aussi très proche de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner servi es correct. Les chambres et les douches sont assez grandes , on a bien de la place pour circuler à l’intérieur de la chambre quand on a de valises volumineuses
Il est un peu sombre , décoration hors sujet (Mexique). Les distributeurs des produits de toilette : shampooing , gel douche et crème hydratante ne marchaient pas , galère pour en avoir du produit sur les mains
