El trato del personal, el desayuno, la habitación (sacamos una deluxe con vista al mar), el gym, todo.
Llegamos y no había shampoo, el caño del bodet estaba roto y se inundó el baño y faltaba una puerta para cerrar el habitáculo del inodoro. Arreglaron todo al otro día, menos la puerta del baño.

The elevator system was different you punched in the number floor and it told you what elevator to go in to
The fact that this hotel has hidden fees and when you book it’s not clear what’s included in your meals. This hotel is in violation of misleading all there paying guests and charge you for non alcoholic beverages you already paid for in your reservation in article 6,30,and 46 in Brazilian right to clear Information. It’s not in your booking agreement or printed on the menu when you order the staff will Not mention anything about your non alcoholic beverages are separate and when your done this Hotel has issue bring over a bill for you to sign to be deducted from your deposit. Unless you know this clear Brazilian clear right to information this Hotel will charge you for beverages that are you already paid for unless you did the research and present this information to the hotel manager at check you will be forced to pay for non alcoholic beverages you already paid for.

Great hotel, super clean, great gym, location, food, pool spa although pricy.
Excellent location, nice, warm pool, solid gym (although it could use more free weights) good food, good staff, especially Diego.
A bit pricy and they don’t let you pay right away but only at the check out so you spend more money. Also if you’re gonna have several guests it’s gonna cost ya 250 reais for each.
