Crooked operation: they faked a card rejection, charged me 20% over the confirmed price in person, then cancelled my boo
Beautiful place, setting in the river
Avoid. Booked through Booking.com at a price listed as including all taxes and fees. On arrival they claimed my card was rejected (it wasn't) and made me pay in person, around 20% more than the confirmed price. The next morning they cancelled the reservation on the app, which hides the stay and the overcharge from the platform. Dishonest pricing and a clear attempt to work around Booking's rules. Keep your confirmation and card statement if you stay here, and report it.

窗外景色美丽，房间干净整洁，早餐也不错。走路20分钟到市中心，周围挺安静的。是旅游出行不错的选择。酒店装潢非常老派复古，酒店旁边还有可以观赏河水的露台，非常适合坐在那里发呆。还是很推荐大家去体验的。赞！

CUMPLE, SOLO ESO
La atencion del personal, la vista al río desde la habitacion, la tranquilidad del lugar.
Falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, la puerta de ingreso al sector de habitaciones desde el exterior no cierra y queda abierta. El wifi no anda muy bien. La cama es chica para dos personas y muy incomoda, lo que considero fundamental, el colchon no estaba en buenas condiciones porque tenia un resorte que molestaba y fue dificil descansar. No se condicen las 4 estrellas y el precio con el estado de las instalaciones. El restaurant estuvo cerrado por ser dia domingo y lunes feriado festivo.
