    A lovely location to experience Paris ❤️!!

    I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive. The bed was comfortable. The concierge was extremely helpful. It was a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine, cheese and watch the people go by.

    Everything was perfect about this hotel.

    I didn't like your hotel so much that I don't even want to write anything!

    Nothing!

    We arrived with the family in Paris and chose to stay this hotel. Very strongly disappointed by the incompetence of employees of this hotel especially reception and manager. When arriving at the hotel we were not informed that the buffet on Sundays works from 07:30 am, we ordered a transfer specially later to have time to eat, but we eventually failed to have breakfast, because a incompetent employee instead of giving guests detailed information at the check in the hotel, just issued keys and everything. When we came to the reception and eviction, the first officer wanted to write off me more money without considering the amount of deposit for the room, and also did not account for the deposit in the settlement until I told him, he allegedly did not see it. Disgusting hotel, disgusting staff. Don't waste your money and don't go to this hotel, in this location a lot of doughnut worthy hotels.
