Furano Ski Resort Kitanomine Zone is open from late December until late March, while Furano Ski Resort Furano Zone is open from late November until the first week of May. Kitanomine Zone is located in front of the property. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the hotel must make a reservation upon check-in. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Guest will not be able to change the guest number at check-in. Please amend the number through Booking.com before arrival. Especially for those guests who book dinner, please confirm the guest number at least 1 day prior to arrival. Dinner will be ready only for booked guest number. Please note that Twin Rooms have 2 single beds. Double beds are not available. A deposit may be required at the property.

ホッカホカのいい気持ち。
食事は言うことなしで大変美味しく頂きました　様々な趣向が凝らしてあり、どれも美味しそうで選ぶのが大変でした朝風呂を頂いて脱衣場、入ってきたお父さんと可愛い女の子、私の顔を見て「おじいちゃんどうしてお洋服着てるの？」　私「もうお風呂終わったからだよ、」の会話で次に「おはよう」の挨拶．．．私も、「はい・おはよう、すごいねぇ、ちゃんとご挨拶できるんだねぇ、」私の「バイバイ」の手振りにハイタッチ、「また会おうね」の言葉にまたハイタッチ…身も心もホッカホカのひと時でした　元気で良い子に育って欲しいです。
客室内フロアーと浴室との段差があり過ぎで、高齢者にはちょっときつかったです　それと、ゆっくり座れる椅子が客数欲しかったです　客室には２脚ありましたが、1つは鏡台用の小さな物でした。 (大人3人)

Extremely kid friendly but old and uncomfortable
Great for kids. My son loved playing in the play area and collecting all the stamps.
Very run down. Rooms were not comfortable and were dirty. Mold found in the bathrooms, toilet seat didnt even fit the toilet. Bed was not made when room was serviced bc my child left his coloring book on the bed. Found a note that said could not be made because of luggage on bed. Little ridiculous. Buffet was acceptable.
