    Ich fühlte mich als Gast sehr schlecht behandelt

    Bis auf eine Dame sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück gut, aber eintönig. Betten in Ordnung. Zimmer sauber. Toilettentür direkt neben dem Bett nicht so gut

    Die erste Nacht war eine Katastrophe. Lautes Brummen von irgendeiner Anlage. Ich habe nachts zweimal angerufen. Niemand war erreichbar. Nach dem Frühstück habe ich mich an der Rezeption gemeldet. Da schnauzte mich eine Dame schon an, sie könne da gar nichts dafür. Wir sollen frühstücken gehen und dann unsere Sachen packen, wir bekämen ein anderes Zimmer. Da wir schon gefrühstückt hatten, packten wir unsere Sachen zusammen und meldeten uns wieder. Sie könne jetzt gar nichts machen. Wir müssen warten. Zwei Stunden! Dann endlich haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen.
