    Great value and the staff were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much!

    Great location with fantastic view of the lake and Mt Fuji. Also the room was spacious and comfortable

    I have nothing bad to say about Hotel New Century. The staff were phenomenal, we had an amazing view of Mt Fuji from our room and the facilities were great. The addition of the onsen was perfect.
