Privacy violated and terrible staff

Our check in we paid for on booking was 7am and our room wasn’t ready until 8:15am. also today a male hotel staff came into my room when I was naked and undressed and I feel violated. He said he was checking the room was ok and he didn’t see anything but he clearly saw me fully naked walking towards the living room and he walked away not leaving the door even closed. And maybe you should fire this man and review your hotel protocols about why you would enter a guests room when they clearly haven’t come down to the lobby yet after checking out. This hotel is WACK PLEASE AVOID!! The staff haven’t got a clue on what they’re doing.

Buen hotel en general
Bonito hotel. El desayuno buffet incluido tenía buena variedad de opciones. Atención en general buena. La ubicación es en una zona tranquila y relativamente cerca a Larcomar, Parque Kennedy, Barranco, restaurantes y markets.
Hubo un mantenimiento del sistema de agua y no avisaron. Mi bebé de 2 años estaba enjabonada a las 6:30 a.m. cuando cortaron el servicio del agua. Dijeron 10 minutos pero tardó más de una hora.

De grootte van de kamer en het lekkere bed. Heel fijn personeel bij het ontbijt en ook achter de balie. We kwamen aan om 7:00 sochtends en konden meteen inchecken
De kamers zijn wat ouders dus kunnen een beetje muf ruiken, ik denk dat het hotel dit kan verbeteren
