    Grundsätzlich hochwertig, in einem südseitigen, hellen Zimmer sicher eine bessere Wohnqualität.

    Ausgezeichnetes, großzügiges Frühstück, exzellentes aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal, unkompliziert im zur Verfügung gestellten Bademantel und Badetasche ins Thermalbad, zusätzlich noch SPA-Bereich im Haus zur Verfügung. Zentrale Lage. Tresor, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

    Zimmer in eine enge Gasse, so dass praktisch überhaupt kein Tageslicht herein gekommen ist - sehr dunkel, auch unter Tags Licht einschalten notwendig. Im Badezimmer kein Seigen oder Duschgel-Spender, nur kleine Fläschchen, die gerade für 2 Tage reichen. Da ich eigentlich davon ausgegangen bin, dass dies in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse zur Verfügung gestellt wird, musste ich dann einkaufen gehen.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ היה לנו אירוח נהדר! צוות המלון היה אדיב, שירותי ונעים. הבריכה המחוממת עם היציאה החוצה הייתה פשוט מעולה, במיוחד בסוף אוקטובר, כשהמזג האוויר היה קריר והאווירה הייתה מושלמת. האוכל היה טוב ותרם לחוויה המוצלחת. גם מיקום המלון מצוין, עם שפע של חנויות ומסעדות בסביבה, כך שהכול נגיש ונוח. בהחלט מלון מומלץ, ונשמח לחזור אליו שוב!

    Wir kommen nicht wieder !

    Das Frühstück war ok. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in einer Fußgängerzone. Die Anfahrt ist schwierig und verwirrend. Die Zimmer waren klein aber sauber.

    Der Service im Restaurant ist sehr schlecht. Entweder ist der Kellner nicht zuständig oder man wird einfach ignoriert oder er spricht kein Deutsch. Man braucht viel Zeit und Geduld. Wir haben das Essen abgebrochen. Die Anfahrt ist schwierig. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden. Die Wege sind lang mit vielen Treppen, oftmals eine Odysee. Anstrengend, nervig und verwirrend, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Die Therme ist das Geld und einen Besuch nicht wert. Es gibt deutlich bessere. Für 350€ die Nacht gibt es eine leere Minibar nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser hat man im Zimmer. Hohe Preise, niedriger Service. Superior ist nichts in diesem Hotel. Ein stark überteuertes 3* Hotel.
