  Donot believe on whatever shown in hotel's descriptions and images.It's all fake.

  To be frank, only the name had Super in it.There was nothing near to it even.The cleaning staff were good.They did there work properly, whenever it was requested.

  The rooms were nowhere close to what was shown in the pictures on the website. I booked the property for 7 days, but it turned out to be a big mistake. On the very first day, I clearly explained that I had chosen this property specifically because of its central location and Wi-Fi facilities. However, Wi-Fi was not provided, and the actual rooms did not even come close to matching the pictures displayed on the website. The rooms were extremely dirty, old, and outdated, making them unsuitable for a comfortable family stay. The response time was terrible. I had to call the staff repeatedly to get even basic issues addressed, and I eventually had to escalate the matter to OYO Customer Care. One of the reception staff was so rude and asked me how much I had paid, saying that I could expect only limited facilities for that price. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable. Even though an RO water filter was available, that same guy told me that drinking water was not provided. I was feeling trapped, as I had already paid for the entire 7-day stay and had very limited options to make alternative arrangements. To make matters worse, my daughter fell ill, and I ended up spending two days confined to the hotel. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience, especially for a family travelling with a child. I request OYO/Booking.com to take this complaint seriously, inspect the property before listing it on the platform, and ensure that the facilities and room conditions genuinely match the pictures and descriptions advertised online. Customers book hotels based on the trust they place in the platform, and such experiences seriously undermine that trust.There is a big scam these kinds of hotels are doing where they put ai developed pictures to show it to customers and once the customer reaches to the location after a long tedious travel,they are left with no option to avail whatsoever condition they get.

  Disgusting property

  Only location is nice

  The rooms are smelly and the washrooms are dirty. Their are no latches in the washroom and the towles are smelly. The taps are leaking. The breakfast option literally means 1 piece sandwich. The AC has so much dust it may make you sick.
