Only location, but there’s plenty of options
Location
I traveled with a 9 year old and the swimming pool was closed. The hotel is extremely noisy, and there is not hot water in the shower

The staff was very helpful.
Location. Decor. It is a beautiful hotel.
The pool wasn’t open and there was no free breakfast. I don’t book hotels without free breakfast. I’m not sure if this was my fault or if there was some trickery afoot.

Einmal und nie wieder
Die Lage ist relativ praktisch, nicht weit ins Zentrum, Supermarkt, gleich an der Ecke. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Reisebüro im Haus bietet gute Touren an. Das Restaurant im Haus ist durchaus hochwertig.
Auch wenn es sich um ein historisches Gebäude handelt, ist das Badezimmer eine einzige Katastrophe! Unpraktisch, klein und eng und unhygienisch (Ungeziefer). Die Ausstattung ist, deutsch gesprochen, "oll". Fenster zu einem dreckigen Innenhof. Personal, bis auf den Concierge, desinteressiert und nicht gerade höflich. Es fehlten Handtücher auf unserem Zimmer, nach 30 Minuten hat sich immer noch nichts, als wir runter zur Rezeption gingen, wollte man sie uns aushändigen, damit wir sie selbst hochbringen. Eine absolute Frechheit!

nos gustó mucho la atención del personal
la ubicación está perfecto para recorrer el centro histórico de la ciudad
que el estacionamiento está pequeño y a la hora que llegamos no había espacio.
