Good hotel
Nice river and bridge view, breakfast, and location.
The bed pillows were awkward to lean against due to the combination of hard and soft portions in a single pillow. I think this, in part, caused some of my lower back pain during my trip.

格安料金にすればまあまあであった。
スタッフの皆さんは非常に親切な対応だった。
セミダブルベッドに2人で寝た。片側が壁になっているので、夜中トイレに起き上がって行くとき非常に苦労した。ベッドの両側にスペースのある部屋を予約すればよかった。 チェックインの時、喫煙の部屋でよいのか聞かれ、あまり考えずにうなずいた。予約時に禁煙希望を確認していなかったことがくやまれる。

基本的には大変良くまた行きたいと思ってます。
会えて言うなら部屋の空調が個人的には余り良いとは思いませんでした。 あとは冷蔵庫が弱いのとドアが薄いのか廊下からの音が 結構入ってきて気になりました

イマイチだった。
窓からの景色、特に信濃川を挟んで対岸の街並みと夜景がとてもきれいだった！部屋の清潔感も素晴らしく気持ちが良かった。
冷暖房が空調スイッチを回してもあまり効かなかった。 フロントのスタッフ（女子）に、こちらから場所を聞いて教えて頂いたところ、「この場所でしたら徒歩でも大丈夫ですよ。」と返答が来ました。しかし私ども2人は高齢で足も悪いしおまけに雨☔️も降っていましたのでタクシーを要請したにもかかわらずこの様な回答でした。タクシーの運転手にこの場所までの距離を聞いたところ、歩きでは遠いですよ。との事でした。スタッフにはどの様な身なりに見えたか分かりませんがもう少し気の利いた回答があってもいいと思いました。
