    One of the worst stays

    Staff is good.

So many things to complain about. The twin suite rooms are not clean at all. Curtains are dirty, and walls have stains and seepage marks. I upgraded to a deluxe suite, and that is also not that great. The AC grills are filled with dirt, and the electrical controller keys are dirty. The shower is not functioning properly. Even worse is that I found a live cockroach in the bread basket at the breakfast buffet.
