    残念でした。

    場所は良かったです。 朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったです。 スタッフの対応は、特に愛想が良いわけでも、悪いだけでもありませんが、まあ普通でした。 レストランのスタッフは愛想が良かったです。

    領収書を頼みましたが、やたらと時間がかかり、しかも間違いだらけで何度も作り出してもらうことなりました。しかも、間違いを指摘しても、じゃあ作り直すというだけで、最後までお詫びはありませんでした。 あと、部屋の電気のスイッチがオシャレなのですが、複雑な形状で、どれを押せばどこが点いたり消えたりするのか分かりにくく、3泊しましたが、最後まで手探りでイラつきました。 ホテルの夕食は比較的高いと思います。ガラガラなのに、焼きそば1品が出てくるのに30分ぐらいかかったのも謎でした。 あと、5階の部屋なのに、毎晩、蚊が出ました。デング熱が怖いので蚊取り線香を焚いていましたが、効かない蚊だったようです。 それと、朝、エレベーターが止まっていましたが、フロントのスタッフは平然としていて、特に何か対処しようという感じがなく、不思議でした。同行者の部屋はエアコンが壊れて最後まで直らず、電気系統が全体的に弱いのかもしれません。 再び泊まることはないと思います。
