    Zeer oud en gedateerd, veel ongedierte op de kamer Ook nog bij het uitchecken een niet vermelde onsen tax moeten betalen

    Fijne plek voor het zien van de sneeuwapen

    Hele goede service in het hotel. Ze willen met alles helpen (zoals een shuttlebus naar de sneeuwapen, een stekker voor het opladen van de telefoon, vegetarisch eten). Echte Japanse ervaring.

    Prima verblijf

    Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en heel behulpzaam. Er werd een gratis shuttelbus van het hotel naar het treinstation geregeld. Ze hadden goede tips voor lekkere lokale restaurantjes en het monkeypark. Waarbij veel van de restaurantjes op loopafstand waren. Dus de locatie was ook erg goed! De kamer was ruim en fijn dat er een schone eigen badkamer en toilet bij zat.

    Buiten het hotel zat veel ongedierte op en rond het gebouw, wat nogal eens zijn weg vond naar binnen. Het ging voornamelijk om torren/ insecten. Maar dat is misschien te verwachten bij een hotel naast een rivier.
