    The location was convenient, the room was clean and the stay was comfortable for one night. The staff were generally courte

    I paid good price for one night and, considering the price, I expected a higher level of service and overall value. The property felt more like a good guest house than a full-service hotel, and my room did not have any particular view. There were also very limited complimentary touches considering the room rate. I do not take tea with powdered milk, and when I requested a small cup of fresh milk simply to make tea in my room, even that was charged separately. I was leaving in the morning for the airport and asked whether the hotel could provide a complimentary airport drop. I was informed that this was not available. I then asked for the price of their paid airport transfer, but the amount quoted was approximately double the price at which I was able to arrange transport directly. There was also no welcome fruit or similar complimentary amenity. None of these items individually is a major issue, but at a room rate price per night, the combination made the overall experience feel poor value for money. The hotel could improve the guest experience by offering a few more complimentary amenities and more competitively priced transport arrangements
