    Excellent service and a comfortable room.

    I was arriving late due to my flight being delayed, so someone sorted out my check-in for me remotely. Unfortunately, the key card didn't work with the electrics in my room, but someone kindly came out and sorted that for me. Once that was working, my stay was very comfortable and I slept very well.
