Apartment and view-10, elevators-1
This apartment is just as pictured. Clean, spacious, and with a great view of the sea and beach. Includes a washing machine but not soap or a drying rack. No shampoo, just hand soap. There is a small convenience store on the ground floor at reception with good prices and all the amenities you’ll need. Cash exchange is right outside the building with decent rates. Located on floor 43 is a benefit not just for the view, but for securing a ride in the elevator.
The lifts were the worst part of this building. Every lift (12 total for 2,700 apartments) is filled on every ride, no matter the time of day or night. There is always a line to get in on ground floor. Good luck if you have bags - you must force your way in. And even tho you get in on level 43 closer to the top, you will stop on almost every floor for people waiting to catch a ride and squeezing their way in. It can take 10+ min to get down. The booking reservation said “pay at property” and the hosts pushed for cash payment - which we didn’t have - but finally settled to meet us at reception for a credit card payment. The entrance and reception is as crowded as a train station at all times.
