    Basic hotel in a good location, with friendly staff.

    The location was great, with a fabulous view of the Meteora. Our room had a lovely big balcony, which was good, as the room was quite small. The pool area looked lovely, although for some inexplicable reason, we were told it was closed. The staff were friendly and did their best to be helpful.

    The room itself was small and lacking in amenities. No kettle in the room (my fault, I should have read the description more clearly), and the sheets on the twin beds were too small to tuck in, resulting in a tangled mess every night. We requested, and were provided with, extra pillows after the first night, as each bed only had one initially. The breakfast was very disappointing, with a sad selection of offerings. It would have been improved with the simple addition of a toaster.
