    Actitud desagradable de algunas trabajadoras de la limpieza, pues creyendo que no regresaríamos a la región hurtan las toallas dejadas en el hotel acusando al huésped, procediendo a llamas al cliente de manera reiterativa para preguntar por dichos objetos apropiados por sus trabajadores; para después llamar a disculparse por su comportamiento, pero ya generaron la inconformidad con el servicio y el trato a los huéspedes.
