    Nettes, familiär geführtes Hotel in Bochum

    Im Vorfeld des Aufenthaltes wurden wir durch das Hotel kontaktiert, um die Einzelheiten zu den Zimmern, zum Parkplatz und zur voraussichtlichen Ankunftszeit zu besprechen. Diese nette Geste ist längst nicht mehr üblich. Unser Wunsch bzgl. der nebeneinanderliegenden Zimmer wurde problemlos erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, selbst eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll zubereitet, täglich frisch, keine TK-Produkte! In der netten Atmosphäre haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das freundliche Personal erfüllte auch Sonderwünsche schnell und kompetent. Unser Dank gilt aber auch dem Hotelmanager, der uns freundlich empfing und verabschiedete und uns auch bei Fragen zur Seite stand. Besten Dank auch für die Beschriftung unserer Parkplatzes!

    Ich bin geschäftlich regelmäßig in. Bochum. Durch eine Überbuchung, habe ich dieses Hotel über Booking gewählt. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings hat es dadurch einen besonderen Charme. Die Zimmer könnten modernisiert werden. Da sie klein und beengten sind. Hier ist mein Kritikpunkt Aber sehr sauber!!! Frühstück ist gut und der Service wirklich gut und zuvorkommend.
