Beautiful pool n Good Location
Location and the pool
Andrea from reception wanted that we pay 45 dollars for the buffet dinner, although the conversion of bolivian dollar was coming to 35 dollars. They asked me through booking to pay 45 dollars. This message i oversaw, so did not reply to it. And a male receptionist at checkin booked our reservation on spot and told us it will cost 35 to which i agreed. Andrea still wanted later to charge us 45 dollars, without any firm reason. Well there was another nice lady who sorted it out for us. So through booking you will be charged 10 dollars extra for the buffet. How wrong! Bathrooms quite cheaply made.

C'è poco da dire ...tutto è stato MERAVIGLIOSO !!! Una struttura unica, in uno dei luoghi piu belli del mondo! Ristoranti ottimi, SPA di livello, organizzazione di escursioni al momento, possibilità di noleggio bici e Staff estremamente gentile! ESPERIANZA ASSOLUTAMENTE DA PROVARE!

My stay at Palacio de Sal was truly unforgettable. Beyond the breathtaking location and the uniqueness of staying in a hotel built from salt, what made the experience exceptional was the people. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I traveled to Uyuni for the 1st Film Festival, presenting a couture collection in the Salar - the staff were there for every single need, request and support. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality were evident in every interaction. No request was ever too much, and they consistently anticipated our needs with kindness and grace. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and unlike anywhere else in the world, but it is the incredible team that transforms it into something truly special. Their dedication to creating memorable experiences reflects the very best of Bolivian hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Palacio de Sal for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to returning and wholeheartedly recommend this extraordinary hotel to anyone visiting the Uyuni Salt Flats. I especially want to recognize Romy, Oscar, Jhonny, Gretzel, Cidma and Lilian who were there for me and my team. I am counting the days to return on vacation!
