    Migliorabile il servizio

    Location bella, nel cuore della Sila. Ristorante con pizza buona.

    Mi ha chiamato la struttura qualche giorno prima del soggiorno dicendomi che nell’albergo non c’erano più camere (avevamo scelto una bella camera moderna) quindi ci hanno spostato in una struttura con soluzione chalet quindi un intero appartamento e subito avevamo apprezzato molto perché ci sembrava vantaggioso come cambio, peccato che una volta arrivati allo chalet abbiamo visto che era tutto tenuto molto male, odore poco piacevole in tutte le stanze, soprattutto aprendo il frigo (veramente molto sgradevole), doccia fatt a con acqua fredda…Non mi è sembrato un ambiente pulito e soprattutto non giustificava più il prezzo pagato in origine per la camera che appariva dalle foto sicuramente più pulita e confortevole. Il materasso del letto era scomodissimo e abbiamo riposato molto poco. Per fortuna era solo per una notte. Colazione all’hotel che era inclusa nella tariffa della prenotazione iniziale molto poco fornita.
