Clean and adequate.
Clean room. Quiet.
The bathtub was very tall to climb out of after the shower. Aircon didn’t seem to get colder than 23 degrees. Hotel was fine but nothing fancy. Felt like a tour group hotel.

Rooms are nice but not good value
The rooms are large and clean and beds comfortable
Worst massage ive ever had..Told her 3x to do something different, that i wasnt getting anything out of it and she clearly had no experience. Tried to complain afterwards to desk but he just cut me off and mansplained to me why I was wrong. Lack of gym equipment. There's plenty of room if theyd just put a little money into it. Not even a decent rack of free weights. There's one "all in one" weight machine to do everything from chest press to leg extension. One person at a time can work out there. Ridiculous. Buy sone benches and some free weights, balls, mats and some bands at least. The spa has a cold pool, a sauna and a steam and alot of showers. No hot tub or jacuzzi. Maybe nice in summer but too cold down there in winter. Dont waste money on spa rooms unless you want to use sauna or Turkish bath. Restaurant was closed completely. Theres just a little bar in the basement. My friend would get a glass of wine to take upstairs and the bartender .made her bring the glasses back down to the basement every day because he said there were only a few. Why couldnt room service or cleaners bring them down? Why do they only have a few glasses and it's our problem? The place acted like a B&B. For over 300 a night there was nothing elegant about it and no service. They don't even help with bags. We had been the most excited about this place of all our stays but ended up the most disappointed.
