I give a 10 to staff and services, but i give a zero, but horrible zero to the dinner food.
I especially appreciated the staff's professionalism and friendliness. The welcome was excellent, and the breakfast service was outstanding.
I arrived rather late, and because the weather was rainy, I had no choice but to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The dinner was truly terrible. I ordered a schnitzel with French fries, and the food was completely unappetizing. The coating on the chicken fillet was separating from the meat, as if it had been prepared long before and reheated in a microwave. The French fries were clearly reheated as well. It was awful. I simply couldn't eat it. Please don't eat at Panorama's restaurant
