Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, professional. The breakfast was excellent and drinks we enjoyed were awesome. This is a perfect location, you can walk along a sidewalk that runs parallel to beach where there are many great restaurants to choose from. This hotel deserves 5 stars!

This place really impressed us. The hotel is meticulously maintained and so quaint, with old fashioned charm and detail. The staff are in black tie, with vests and double brested suit jackets. Feels like the Casablanca movie. The small, simple things are done so well, while it may also be the best whisky sour I've ever tasted. Breakfast was a feast, fresh and plentiful, while dining options outside of the hotel were sparse, the quality and price was a pleasant surprise. Excellent. Exploring was easy, by taxi, rental car (not for everyone), bus and water taxi options (recommended). We had such a great stay. The one small issue we encountered was the size of the shower. It was so tiny. Washing hair was a difficult process, but there are showers in the spa area to use or even the Hair Spa which offered a range of haidressing services. The complimentary mud mask treatment was a great touch and the massage therapists did a great job too. Book in amd make use of the full facility.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but none have ever matched the exceptional experience I had at Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place is a step above the rest. The staff greeted me with such warmth and genuine hospitality that I felt like I was coming home to family. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable. Every request I had—from arranging personalized excursions to booking taxis—was handled with effortless grace. The concierge team not only anticipated my needs but also provided insider tips and tailored recommendations that made my stay unforgettable. It was as if they were reading my mind, knowing exactly what would make my trip perfect. In summary, Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme redefines what a five-star experience should be. The combination of impeccable service, a tranquil atmosphere, and unparalleled quality made my stay truly extraordinary. If you’re looking for a hotel where every aspect is taken care of with the utmost care and where you’re treated like a cherished guest, look no further. This place is a gem, and I can’t wait to return!
