    Tbh it was nice to have a balcony but that's it

    Bed sheets stained marked. Two mattresses pushed together to create a double, sunken in the middle and a gap. Balcony flaking paint all over. Room walls marked and scuffed,door in bathroom damaged, towels thin like toilet paper. Lift out of order for several days. Hallway weather damaged areas, plaster bubbling and flaking. Marks throughout the stairwell and landing. Breakfast repetitive, croissants not the best quality. Some days they were nice others a strange consistency. Coffee machine is a domestic household appliance holds literally 3 cups max and constantly needs refilling and waiting for it to brew. Certain member of staff would rather look at their phone than refill the coffee machine when empty.reception old sofa and chairs seen better days.
