Cancelled my booking and kept the money
They called me to cancel the reservation due to a Legionella issue. My payment was never refunded despite messages and calls requesting it.

Ce tral heating when we walked into the hotel ,as it was cold outside. Fridge in rooms, and kettle with coffee.but no milk or creamer to make the coffee with
The tea is always infus3d like everyone must be o an I fusion herbal diet!!!!Please offer NORMAL tea, just a nice cup of tea .and milk, no milk. There was no top sheet on the bed, and the duvet did not have a cover on it, in the cupboard..Weird

Emplacement sur la N2, parking sous terrain pour les motos, chambres confortables et personnel sympathique
Manque d’entretien dans l’hôtel, les murs des couloirs sont abîmés par l’humidité, le manque d’activités proposé par l’hôtel en basse saison en fait uniquement un hôtel de passage où il n’y a pas de réel intérêt de rester et c’est dommage
