Non era disponibile anche se su Booking era un opzione possibile. meglio essere chiari subito.
Al check in non c'era nessuno, abbiamo telefonato molte volte al numero indicato in reception, nonché a cellulari ed al numero della figlia del proprietario, ma senza risposta. Dopo oltre un'ora di attesa e dopo avere contattato l'assistenza di Booking e dopo avere superato la "non" intelligenza artificiale per potere parlare, finalmente, con un operatore umano, dopo, alla fine, si è presentato il proprietario. Subito dopo è sparito di nuovo e non abbiamo visto più nessuno nemmeno al check out.
