Older hotel but good value for the money. No breakfast but many places within meters of the front door with very affordable options.

The staff were very keen to meet every need. The building is still being renovated and will be spectacular when completed, I’m sure. It’s an easy walk to Plaza San Francisco and that central area. However the bathrooms were not updated, although functional and the bedrooms are large with multiple beds to accommodate families. All could do with an update. The rooftop area was a nice surprise. Clean tables and chairs, a local view, nice and sunny for a morning cuppa which you are able to help yourself to at any time. The wifi didn’t rate highly and was difficult to get mostly. Great central position, lovely helpful staff, and very affordable.

Beautiful historic property close to all the main attractions in downtown Quito. Carlos and his staff took care of me during my stay in Quito. Highly recommend!
