Betten, Sauberkeit, Frühstück, Personal top; aber Bad und Balkon flopp. Für eine Nacht ok!
Die Betten waren wirklich toll, super bequem, Decken, Kissen perfekt und sehr angenehme Bettwäsche. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, viel Auswahl und es wird immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt und man kann sich Kaffee selbst ziehen an einem Automaten mit echt guten Varianten, er schmeckt auch echt gut. Und es gab glutenfreies Brot, um was ich im Vorfeld gebeten habe, das hat sehr gut geklappt.
Ich hatte extra ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, das kann man sich sparen. Dieser Balkon ist gar nicht zur Nutzung gedacht. Es gibt weder Tisch noch Stühle und er geht ohne Abtrennung an mehreren Zimmern vorbei. Bei offener Tür kann man man in ein fremdes Zimmer gelangen. Das ist absurd. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, vor allem das Bad. Es gibt dort keine Ablageflächen für Utensilien und keine Haken für Handtücher oder Kleidung. Das ist sehr unpraktisch. Das Wasser läuft in der Dusche nicht gut ab, weil die Neigung des Bodens nicht ausreichend in Richtung Abfluss gebaut wurde, also läuft Wasser in Richtung Badezimmer. Ein paar Aufmerksamkeiten, die man üblicherweise in der Hotelkategorie erwartet, wären nett gewesen, z.B. Taschentücher und eine original verschlossene Wasserflasche. Einer offenen Flasche mit Wasser aus dem Spender trau ich nicht.

Przyjemny pobyt służbowy w Dąbrowie Górniczej
Na duży plus są pyszne śniadania, dbałość o ekologię, balkon w pokoju oraz dużo przestrzeni, sympatyczna obsługa oraz bardzo smaczne menu w restauracji.
Na minus brak oświetlenia przyłóżkowego, który zawsze się sprawdza
