    Staff were helpful. Location for good for access to the port, historic centre and central city areas.

    Hotel safe did not work and was not fixed during our stay. Breakfast was minimal in terms of choice and content. We had no tea/coffee making facility in our room. The room was very noisy at night due to proximity of the main road and although its claimed windows are sound proofed, they don't offer much.

    Kaiken kaikkiaan onnistunut oleskelu Palermossa.

    Aamiaisen ostin erikseen ja se oli koko matkan kohokohta. Aivan loistava ja hintaansa nähden erityisestii. Aamiaishuoneen tarjoilija, keski- ikäinen mies oli erittäin kohtelias, avulias ja tuntui siltä, että saimme aivan henkilökohtaista palvelua.

    Olin tilannut respasta taksin risteilytermi aaliin, mutta se tuli olet ukseela lento,entälle. Eikä tässä kaikki, seuraavakin taksi ei ollut oikea, sillä se ei voinut ajaa satamaan. Tämän tilauksen tössi taksioperaattori. Kolmas taksi onnistui ja satamaan voi ajaa laivan viereen ilman passikyselyjä jne.
