    Muy bueno

    Muy bien ubicado, personal amable y ambiente tranquilo para descansar. Si bien la habitación era pequeña, todo estuvo perfecto. Además, cuentan con un espacio seguro para guardar maletas post check out.

    À peine nous avions franchi le seuil de la porte que la dame à l’accueil nous a regardé de haut en bas avant même le premier échange! Elle nous a agressé dès le début de l’échange et nous a indiqué qu’elle ne pouvait pas nous mettre la suite à disposition que nous avions réservé à disposition. Au delà de ne pas pouvoir pour une raison qui leur est propre et c’est ok, c’est l’attitude de cette dame qui nous a profondément choqué. Est elle raciste? La question se pose! Il était plus de 23h et nous voyagions avec nos 3 enfants dont la dernière a 5 ans! Ils étaient traumatisés ! A date, nius n’avons pas toujours été remboursé !
