    Hotel was very nice albeit a little out of the way as regards the old town, would definitely return and would recommend

    Cleanliness , staff courteous , room with the lake view was amazing.

    No coffee and tea facilities in the room which was disappointing considering we had a superior room. Lady on reception gave us incorrect bus information, however as I was doubtful regarding the information the young man on reception later corrected this and gave us good information which was correct.
