Excellent staff, superb beach
The staff were excellent, especially the reception staff who go above and beyond to help. The cleaners do a superb job of keeping this hotel beautifully clean. Dinner staff were helpful. We loved the location, it's quieter than main Alghero which we liked. The pool area and beach were fabulous, a real hi-light. Both were lovely and clean with plenty of parasols. The beach is stunning, sand beach, shallow entry, crystal blue water and even some fabulous fish if you like a snorkle. The Bar area was also lovely, overlooking the bay and staff also good. Room was decent, a fair size. A lovely big bed (a little firm for us and no toppers). Sofa, balcony. Lovely big shower with great water pressure. Athough the big door to the bathroom did take up a bit of space. Lovely big flat screen Smart TV with netflix, perfect position (though wifi sometimes made it difficult to watch). Wifi is not great, especially when the hotel is busy. Lovely breakfast, loads of choice! Dinner options on all inclusive were pretty good too, though we were disappointed natural water was not included and cost 3euro a bottle.

Never again
Location is beautiful, rooms are very clean. But the food in the restaurant is terrible (poor breakfast, not healthy food, dinner very salty, with artificial flavours ). The worse food i ever eat in Europe! Never again.

Very nice !
We had a very good expérience in this hôtel. Swimming pool very nice ! (No sea water) Beach cool ! Excellent food (and local food) Nice rooms and facilities in général. For the Price we paid this is excellent !

Not a 4 star by far
We booked the hotel with 2 adults and 2 kids and were expecting a 4 star hotel. After arriving in the hotel room we saw that the room was pretty dirty , between the floor tiles dirty ,cob webs on ceiling and basically all little corners dirty. The room was renovated with cheap furniture not what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Later we found out that the airco couldn't be turned off at night. One tv wasn't working.Breakfast eggs had green/blue color....95 % sweet breakfast. As I mentioned the reception straight away the we want to leave and get a refund for the days we didn't stay it was impossible to get in contact with a manager?! We stayed 1 more night and then left after 2 nights in stead of 3 nights. Paying 1200 euro... don't go there if you expect 4 star service and quality
