    It was our second stay in Medinaceli though the first at this hotel. It was not quite as easy to locate as I had imagined but it is a very small town and the search was nonetheless short and we were able to park just outside. Reception was efficient and the room fine albeit rather small. But there were problems with the window which, once opened, would not close either for us or for the chap at reception. We were thus moved to an adjoining room which was in fact larger and with a spa bath - and more expensive though we were not charged any more. The area outside looked attractive but the weather was not such as to allow us to make use of it. We were in Medinaceli on a Wednesday and this proved to be unfortunate with virtually all local restaurants closed. But not the fault of LaS Retajas! Excellent service at breakfast. A good value stop-over.

    Fue como estar en casa. El hotel muy limpio, el desayuno estupendo y servido en mesa y el personal muy atento. Además coincidió un concierto en la plaza a la luz de las velas que hizo más especial el fin de semana. Muy recomendable
