  Good

  Closer to the Feria which was the main purpose of our trip

  The parking lot wasn’t easy to accommodate cuz the lines for every spot wasn’t visible so everyone parked like they wanted and late night hard to find parking we paid for Deluxe double beds and for the price of the room wasn’t Deluxe, it was big which is a plus but it was a pretty old furniture, shower head and doors dirty they needed to fix them, and one of the night stand had the edge ripped off with the piece hanging off but it will be dangerous for a family or for someone than usually weak up during the night and the can pock in their eye with it edge of the nightstand, weather was pretty hot so they didn’t turn on the air conditioner ahead even though we arrived a 1 am US time 12 am Mx time so been in the second floor the room was super hot and hard to cool down and it took 2 days to feel comfortable luckily we took a mini fan so we used it close to us to be able to sleep, they don’t have ice dispensers and the mini fridge didn’t cool down even in the highest number so 2 times I went to the restaurant for ice they don’t have phone in the room so anything that you will need it you must go to the reception for it but the staff was kind and willing to help, the room was clean but I am always prepared with my cleaning supplies and my mini vacuum so I didn’t need them to clean up my room specially cuz we didn’t have a safe place to put our belongings and they’re not responsible for your stuff, we took our steam iron cuz they don’t have one and their closet was an improvised one made of brick wood and you must take angers with you cuz they don’t have anything and if you have a dress won’t be able to fit in cuz it’s divided into two shelves top and bottom so you don’t have any other way to put long dresses luckily we use the 3 chairs in the room for everything drying towels, we used to put our fan, also for putting my makeup cuz only we have one vanity mirror and for eating at the table and office purposes for my husband job, the internet was awful not signal at...

  Ruhiges Zimmer

  Das Hotel ist petfriendly mit einer Gebühr über 200 Pesos pro Hund pro Nacht. Restaurant ist dem Hotel direkt angeschlossen. Speisen werden auch aufs Zimmer gebracht. Wir hatten eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht. Der Parkbereich ist von außen nicht einsehbar.

  Wir haben die teurere Suite gewählt, da wir uns nach langer Reise auf den dort ausgeschriebenen Jacuzzi freuten. Leider war dieser außer Betrieb. Wir hätten es begrüßt, wenn wir im Vorfeld darüber informiert geworden wären. Das Zimmer war recht groß und es war daher für uns trotzdem ok. Der Wlan Empfang war leider sehr schlecht und regelmäßig nicht vorhanden.

  MEJORAR EN ASPECTOS COMO CONFORT DE CAMA, ELIMINAR RUIDOS DE VENTILADOR DE TECHO, Y SUPER MEJORAR EL INTERNET Y LA CONEXION DE TELEVISION, YA QUE SE VEIA SOLAMENTE NIEBLA EN LA PANTALLA. FUI A RECEPCION Y LES COMENTE SOBRE EL PROBLEMA DE LA TV, ME DIJERON QUE LO REVISARIAN Y SOLUCIONARIAN, COSA QUE NO SUCEDIO MUY MAL, PESIMO
