    Beautiful hotel in an excellent location.

    Fantastic location. Very clean and also quiet location. Very comfortable beds. The staff were excellent.

    The AC was a little loud in the room. Also no complimentary shampoo or lotion.

    Close to Cathedral. We had a room under roof with sloping ceiling which suited us so that we could spread our bags out, but you have to be careful not to hit your head on two sides. Breakfast simple but adequate. Staff helpful.

    Disappointed

    The location was beautiful and we liked the architecture of the hotel.

    It was not comfortable, the water was playing up, the refrigerator was not working, there was no bed lamps, and although nice the reception didn’t really understand english properly. I would also suggest to have proper toilet paper. Those little square papers were a nightmare . When we reported the refrigerator is not working we were met with an ‘there is nothing i can do about it’. Unfortunately because of bar proximity it also stayed loud till about 2pm at night. it was overall disappointing when we paid more for this hotel when we felt that the other hotel we stayed in on our arrival at 100 euros less per day was better.
